Poetry: Language, Distilled & Refined

Hannibal Tabu has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in Creative Writing with an emphasis on Poetry. His poetry has been published in a number of books (including the superhero-themed anthology Multiverse, the critically acclaimed Voices from Leimert Park, its sequel Voices From Leimert Park Redux, the poetic journals The Drumming Between Us and (sic) Vice Verse and the year 2000 and 2003 editions of Drumvoices Revue from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He also self-published two chapbooks of poetry, Born Beneath An Angry Star and Flight Manual, and sold the "bootleg" limited edition spoken word CD, Inspiration House, recorded from his appearance on the KPFK Pacifica Radio show of the same name.
